Tickets, Reservations & Refunds

Do I need to print my Street Food Cinema tickets?

No! You can simply show your digital ticket on your phone when you arrive, and our team will scan it at check-in. Prefer a paper ticket? Printed tickets are welcome, too.

Can I buy Street Food Cinema tickets at the door?

We recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to guarantee admission. If an event is sold out, no additional tickets will be available at the door. Certain special events, including drive-in screenings, may require advance online purchases. Check the individual event listing for ticket availability and purchase options.

What if I purchase tickets but can no longer attend? Can I get a refund or exchange?

Plans change! Depending on availability, we may be able to transfer your tickets to another Street Food Cinema event. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your original screening. Refund requests may also be considered. For assistance, contact our ticketing partner, Tixr, at support@tixr.com.

Does one ticket include the movie, food trucks and live music?

Yes! Your admission ticket provides access to the event grounds, including the movie screening, live music, food trucks and other scheduled entertainment. Food, beverages and merchandise are available for separate purchase.

Does Street Food Cinema offer group discounts?

Absolutely! Street Food Cinema is a fantastic experience for birthdays, celebrations, company outings and groups of friends. For groups of 10 or more, contact our team at info@tilpr.com to inquire about group arrangements.

Can I purchase a Street Food Cinema gift certificate?

Yes! For gift certificate inquiries, contact info@tilpr.com, and our team can assist you.

Seating, Food & What to Bring

What should I bring to an outdoor movie at Street Food Cinema?

Come ready for a memorable night under the stars! We recommend bringing a blanket, pillows, a low-back chair, layers for cooler evenings, and anything that makes your movie night extra cozy. Sunscreen and sunglasses are great for sunny afternoons, and games or snacks can make the time before the movie even more fun. Food trucks and other vendors are also available at our events.

Can I bring my own chairs or blankets?

Yes! You're welcome to bring blankets and low-profile chairs. Chairs must sit no higher than six inches off the ground, such as low beach chairs. Taller camping chairs are not permitted in the general lawn seating area, but designated chair seating areas may be available along the sides of the field.

What is reserved seating, and are chairs included?

Reserved seating gives ticket holders access to a designated section near the front of the movie screen. Seating within that section is first come, first served, so you can choose your spot when you arrive. Chairs are not included with reserved seating tickets, but you may bring an approved low-profile chair or rent one when available.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to Street Food Cinema?

Yes! Picnics and outside food and beverages are welcome at standard outdoor movie events. Coolers must be nine quarts or smaller. Outside alcohol policies vary by venue, so check your individual event details before bringing alcoholic beverages. You'll also find a delicious selection of food trucks on-site.

Are food trucks available at every Street Food Cinema event?

Food trucks are a signature part of the Street Food Cinema experience! The number and selection of trucks depend on venue capacity, anticipated attendance and the event lineup. Additional food trucks may be announced closer to the screening date. Food and beverages are sold separately from admission.

Parking, Locations & Accessibility

Where are Street Food Cinema events held?

Street Food Cinema brings outdoor movies and special cinematic experiences to venues throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. Locations vary by event, so visit our event schedule to explore upcoming screenings and find the location that's right for you.

Is parking included with my ticket?

Parking is not included with general admission tickets. Most venues offer street parking, nearby parking lots or other parking options. Some locations require advance parking reservations or passes. Check your event page for specific parking information before heading out.

Are Street Food Cinema events wheelchair accessible?

Street Food Cinema offers accessible accommodations at its outdoor events. Please notify our staff upon arrival if you need assistance. Accessible seating areas and restroom facilities are generally available, although accessibility arrangements may vary by venue. For specific accommodations, contact info@tilpr.com before your event so our team can help you plan your visit.

Families, Children & Pets

Are Street Food Cinema events family-friendly?

Many Street Food Cinema screenings welcome guests of all ages, making them a fun experience for families, couples and groups of friends. However, some events are restricted to guests 21 and older, and movie content varies by rating. Always check the individual event listing for age restrictions and film ratings before purchasing tickets.

Can children attend R-rated movies?

Children may attend R-rated screenings when accompanied by an adult, subject to the event's age restrictions. Street Food Cinema does not offer separate children's tickets for R-rated movies. Parents and guardians should review film ratings and content advisories to determine whether a screening is appropriate for their children.

Can I bring my dog to Street Food Cinema?

We love four-legged movie fans! Many Street Food Cinema events are dog-friendly, but some venues do not permit pets. Look for the paw-print icon on the event listing to confirm whether dogs are welcome. All dogs must remain leashed and under their owners' supervision, and owners are responsible for their pets' behavior.

Weather, Cancellations & Event Updates

What happens if it rains during an outdoor movie?

Street Food Cinema events generally take place rain or shine, including during light summer rain. However, severe weather, including heavy rain or strong winds, may require an event to be postponed, rescheduled or canceled for everyone's safety.

If an event is rescheduled, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date. Guests who cannot attend the rescheduled event may request a refund or ticket transfer, subject to the event's policies. Ticket holders will receive an email with updated information and available options.
