Outdoor EVENTS

Do I have to print out my ticket?

Nope! We can scan your digital ticket from your phone. You may also print it out.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

For gift certificates, please contact info@tilpr.com.

If an event is sold out, can I still purchase tickets at the door?

If an event is sold out that means we are technically at capacity for that location. Best Solution: Buy tickets in advance so that you are guaranteed entrance.

Can children attend any event?

Select events are 21+ only such as Boo-ze, Bites & Frights. For rated R movies, children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that we do not sell separate Children's tickets to rated R movies. IMPORTANT: Please consult movie ratings to gauge appropriate content. To help further define general MPAA ratings, we recommend Common Sense Media to evaluate the level of nudity, violence, and profanity.

Refunds? I bought a ticket but now I cannot attend. Can I get a refund?

As a courtesy, we will reallocate your ticket(s) for another night in our schedule, based on availability. You must request ticket reallocation 24 hours prior to the originally ticketed event. If you would like to request a refund, we are happy to consider that as well. For all ticket reallocation and refund requests, please contact our ticketing agency Tixr at support@tixr.com.

Do I have to buy a ticket if I want to come just for the band, food trucks or movie?

Yes, each ticket is a general grounds fee that provides access to all event features including food trucks, band, and movie.

What if it rains?

All events are rain or shine (as in light summer rain). In the case of extreme weather (heavy rain and/or winds), the event will be cancelled or postponed and rescheduled. If the event is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new event date. If you do not wish to attend the event on the rescheduled date, you may receive a refund or reallocate your tickets to another event. If an event is postponed, you will receive an email with details regarding ticketing options. Any questions, please contact our ticketing agency Tixr at support@tixr.com.

We have a really large group. Can we get a special group discount?

Ah yes! Street Food Cinema is perfect for large groups! For parties ten (10) or more, you can reserve directly with the office at info@tilpr.com.

Can I bring a picnic? Outside food and beverages?

Absolutely! And we always have tasty, picnic-ready food trucks with hot, delicious food ready to serve as well. Please refrain from bringing coolers over 9 quarts. Please note: outside alcoholic permission is subject to change based on the event location.

What is the seating like and can I bring a chair?

Seating is on a beautiful grass field. We rent stadium style chairs that sit flush to the ground. You may also bring your own blanket or chair. Chair seating provided in designated areas along the sides of the field to allow the best viewing experience. Chairs must sit no higher than 6 inches off the ground (e.g. beach chair). No tall camping chairs, please.

What is "Reserved" Seating and does that include a chair?

Reserved seating is prime seating in the front of the field exclusively for Reserved section ticket holders, so you can arrive at any time and still be seated in the front. Seating within the section is first come, first serve. Chairs are not included. You may rent a chair or bring your own. Raised chairs must be placed in the designated chair area.

Is parking included with ticket purchase?

Parking is not included. Most parks provide street parking and/or open lots. Some locations require pre-purchased parking passes. Please check the event page for details.

Can I bring my dog?

Most events are dog-friendly—check the event page for a paw print icon. Dogs are not allowed at: LA Arboretum (Arcadia), Grand Hope Park (Downtown), Pearson Park (Anaheim), Syd Kronenthal Park (Culver City), Veteran’s Park (Culver City), Westdrift Golf Course (Manhattan Beach), and King Gillette Ranch (Malibu).
We love dogs—please keep them leashed and respectful. Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s conduct. Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave.

I've never been to an outdoor movie. What should I bring?

We recommend blankets, pillows, hoodies, games, sunscreen, sunglasses and snacks - and friends! Food trucks, bar and vendors available on site. Outside food and beverages are permitted.

Are your events wheelchair / ADA accessible?

Yes! When you arrive at the event, please notify staff at the door and they will assist you. You will be placed in the designated chair seating area, which is along the sides of the field. Our restrooms are also ADA accessible.

Overnight Camping

Can I bring a trailer instead of a tent?

Yes! There will be a space dedicated to trailers in our regular parking lot (space is limited, first come first serve). Reservations for trailers will need to be done ahead of time. The area will not have access to power, hook-ups and waste disposal. Please contact us for pricing!

We have a really large group of friends. Can we get a special group discount?

Ah, yes! For parties fifteen (15) or more, just contact us at info@tilpr.com.

I have a food truck, band, idea, etc. How can I get involved with your event?

Awesome! Just contact us at info@tilpr.com.

Why do some events have more food trucks than others? Are you booking more food trucks?

We book food trucks based on the capacity of venue as well as expected guest count. We add food trucks throughout the season. Often, we add trucks up until the day of the event. Definitely bring snacks just in case you have a little bit of a wait.

Do you operate the food trucks and service?

Nope. All food trucks are owned and operated independently. If you have a good or bad experience, please let us know! If you have feedback regarding your experience please contact us at info@tilpr.com.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No tickets available at door. All tickets must be purchased online.

Do you rent production equipment?

Yes! Just contact us for equipment rental information and event production services at info@tilpr.com or call 323.254.5068.

Do you do private events?

Yes! Street Food Cinema is owned and produced by TIL Events. In addition to Street Food Cinema, TIL Events produces premieres, fan-based experiences, and private special events, including films in concert, FYC, employee incentive events and more. What event production services do you provide?

Street Food CInema is owned and produced by TIL Events, which handles all event elements - from design and technical production to ticketing and promotions. Overall services include film licensing, event design, management, audience curation, entertainment booking, fabrication, scenic builds, promotions, social media, staffing, lighting, A/V, staging, brand ambassadors, location scouting, permitting, insurance, catering, food trucks, bar service, pre-show, editing and more. YULETIDE CINEMALAND

Why is the advertised address different than the actual museum address?

The event entrance is located on Pasadena Ave. to ensure a smoother arrival experience. There is no event entrance at the address listed for Heritage Square Museum. Please park or rideshare drop off at 3545 Pasadena Ave. and then follow signs to the event entrance to experience!

Where do I tell my Uber/Lyft to drop me off?

Ride share drop off is at 3545 Pasadena Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90031. From there, follow signs to the event entrance.

Is this a 21+ only event?

All ages are welcome to Street Food Cinema, although some movies may be inappropriate for children. Please check Common Sense Media for content. Boo-ze, Bites & Frights and Half-O-Ween events are 21+ only.

Do I need to bring chairs to the event?

Chairs are provided for Yuletide Cinemaland and Boo-ze, Bites & Frights events.

Is this event handicap accessible?

Yes. ADA access is via the Homer Street cul-de-sac. For special accommodations, please contact us at info@tilpr.com. Heritage Square Museum event grounds are primarily grass with a wide, unpaved path. Some of the historic homes have limited ADA access.

Do I have to print out my ticket?

Nope! You may print it out or just present it on your phone at check-in.

Can I bring outside food or drink?

You may bring your own food or drink. No coolers or alcohol. Full bar service and food trucks available on site!

Will dogs be allowed into the houses?

No. Leashed dogs are welcome in the event, but are not permitted to enter any of the historical buildings. Dogs must be leashed and with an owner at all times.

Is there a smoking section at the event?

Smoking is not permitted on the event premises.

What type of screen, projection, and sound do you use?

Our primary screen is 52' wide x 35' high with an image 40' wide and 22' high and cinema quality picture and sound. Some locations may have a smaller screen due to venue size. For special events, we can also build truss screens, and project in ProRes, 4K and DCP.
